Lisa Sanford

Lisa Sanford holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and a Bachelor
of Computing and Software Systems from the University
of Washington Tacoma. She is currently pursuing her Masters at the University of Washington Tacoma.

Her background includes analog and digital computer simulations for flight trajectories and ARINC radio control head design for commercial aircraft.

For the past four years, Lisa has been a part of Avionica’s Technical Services Group performing readout services and creating documentation for the team.

Outside interests include boating, skiing, and music.

Lisa is a member of the Association for Computing Equipment and started a chapter of the association at the University of Washington Tacoma. She headed this organization as President in their first year, successfully establishing a liaison with the Tacoma Technology Consortium.

 

 

 

Guy R. Olbrechts
Data and Template Analyst, Programmer

Guy Olbrechts holds a masters degree equivalent in Electrical (electronics) Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, where he also studied nuclear sciences. He also holds an MBA from Seattle University.

Guy started his aviation career designing large, mini-computer based systems, such as the B747 Major Fatigue Test System and the Boeing Supersonic Transport Iron Bird, for dynamic testing of flight controls and flight surfaces. He worked in inertial navigation research and development, on the specification of the IRS systems for B767/B757 and on the specification for the FMS system for B767/757.

Guy has held various positions in engineering and customer engineering involving digital flight recorders and GPWS systems. He currently analyzes flight recordings and writes aircraft configuration software for flight data analysis.

Outside interests include flight simulators, gemology
and crystallography.
